OIHN provides services to individuals between 5 - 21 at its school-based health centers, including the children of adolescents. OIHN has four school-based health centers throughout the 

Children's Village Health Center provides services to special populations of adolescents located in the Children's Village School in the Oakland County Complex as a partnership between OIHN, Oakland County Health & Human Services, and Waterford School District.

  • Screenings/Tests
  • Preventative Care
  • Women’s Health Care
  • Chronic Disease Management (including diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure)

Behavioral Health Services:

  • Assessment 
  • Preventative Screening and Education
  • Referrals to Services
  • Brief Individual and Family Therapy 
  • Telehealth
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Psychiatric Consultation in conjunction with Primary Care
  • Care Coordination with Primary Care as well as community providers
  • Integrated behavioral health and primary care treatment planning
  • Coordinated Care with Oakland Community Health Network Providers
  • Direct referral to specialty mental health and substance use services
  • Groups Classes (preventative, educational, and therapeutic) including Safe Dates, Girls Only!, and Why Try

Dental Services:

    • Dental sealant program
